Refund Policy

Mesabi Musical Theatre does not offer refunds for tickets purchased or donations made. By purchasing a ticket to our show, you agree that your purchase is final and nonrefundable. Similarly, by making a donation or sponsorship to our organization, you agree that your monetary contribution is nonrefundable.

If you make a contribution to MMT on the terms of a sponsorship, Mesabi Musical Theatre agrees to uphold the terms of the sponsorship. Should we fail to meet the terms of the sponsorship, you must contact us so we can remedy the issue. If the issue has not been resolved after 30 days, you may request your sponsorship be returned. Please note that upon receiving the returned sponsorship, all advertising with the name of your organization will end immediately.
